Naota Nandaba is a normal sixth grader living in a town where nothing amazing seems to take place. Following his brother Tasuku leaves city to play baseball in the usa, Naota takes it upon himself to take care of everything Tasuku left –out of his top bunk mattress for his ex-girlfriend Mamimi Samejima, that has not ceased tethered to Naota because Tasuku left. Small does Naota understand, nevertheless, his mundane existence is on the point of being altered forever: input Haruko Haruhara, a Vespa-riding, bass guitar-wielding, pink-haired psychopath whose initial experience with Naota leaves him with bike tracks onto his rear along with a giant horn on his mind. Though all he needs is some peace and quiet, when Haruko takes up residence in his parents’ house, Naota finds himself hauled to the core of the most significant struggle for supremacy which Earth–and very possibly the whole world –has ever noticed.
