One of the beachfront town of Izu’s sea waves and beams of shining sunlight, Iori Kitahara is only beginning his freshman season in Izu University. As he moves to his uncle’s scuba diving store, Grand Blue, he anticipates his fantasy college life, full of beautiful women and excellent buddies.But things do not just go according to plan. Upon entering the store, he encounters a bunch of rowdy, nude upperclassmen, who promptly coerce him into engaging in their alcoholic pursuits. Though unwilling initially, Iori immediately provides in and becomes the heart and soul of this party. Undeterred, Iori still promises to realize that his perfect faculty lifestyle, but will things go according to plan that moment, or will his scenario take still another dip?
