While touring a local shore, Haruka stumbles upon several girls practicing beach volleyball and is immediately invited to join. This friendly exercise game abruptly becomes a game when one of those girls, Narumi Tooi, finds Kanata coming to the courtroom.Though both suffer a catastrophic defeat, Haruka ultimately understands the reason behind her uncle’s silent and distant behaviour. Kanata and Narumi was an exceptionally gifted beach volleyball duo, until Kanata stopped because of her short stature causing difficulties for Narumi. But together with the Junior Tournament just months off, Haruka should understand the intricacies of competitive beach volleyball and assist Kanata conquer her sleepless anxiety to the game that she used to love.
