The Outlaws Movie
The story is about an ongoing turf war between the local gang that is Garibong-dong’s boss within Guro District, Seoul, and the Heuksapa group that hails from Yanbian, China; the police are brought to the scene to try to make the peace to the area. Jang Chen came from China and is now an entrepreneur in the dangerous Chinatown area in Seoul. He is backed with his blood-sucking henchmen Yang Tae and Sung Rak. Jang Chen is beyond brutal in his strategies to take cash. In the meantime, Ma Suk Do is an investigator in the Chinatown region of Seoul. Ma Suk Do tries to maintain the order, as two gangs of Chinese Koreans fight over the turf of the area. Jang Chen makes his move to control the neighborhood.
