It has been a year since the disappearance of Shiro, the Silver King; Kurou Yatogami and Neko happen to be diligent in their hunt, but to no conclusion. Their investigation results in a run-in with members of the now disbanded Red Clan HOMRA–Rikio Kamamoto and Anna Kushina–being chased by the Green Clan, who want Anna’s powers for their own ends.The members of Scepter 4 are predicted upon along with Kurou and Neko to be able to save Anna, the mascot, and only female member of the destroyed Red Clan, in the enemy’s clutches and ideally locate Shiro with the young woman’s abilities.
