Hortensia Saga anime
The Kingdom of Hortensia is devastated by a violent rebellion led by Duke Rugis Camilla. This causes all members of the royal family to either be killed or go missing. After Fernando Albert is killed in battle by a werewolf, Maurice Baudelaire, knight, flees to safety from the chaos.
Maurice treks to Albert’s house to deliver his son Alfred Ober, his father’s sword, in honor of his legacy. Alfred, despite his grief, is reminded that his father made a vow to him: To become a knight in order to protect his land, The Albert Dominion.
Alfred is learning combat skills under Maurice. Marius Casterede is a curious boy who trains alongside him. The Pope Alexi Valdebron gives the order to capture the princess missing and crowns Charlot d’Hortensia the new king. Hortensia Saga tells a story of camaraderie, determination, and friendship as Alfred, Marius and Maurice team up with friends from past and present in order to bring light into the darkest hours of Hortensia.
