Heroes are responsible for maintaining the balance between the worlds. A meteor strikes one of these worlds, Neo World, and it flashes red hot. The spot where the meteor landed is where Wukong Impulse Gundam, an amnesiac youth. This incident causes chaos in all the other worlds. Zhuge Liang Freedom Gundam also learns through astrology about a coming disaster. His sworn friend Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam and he take action to save the worlds and embark on a journey with Wukong.
What will Wukong Impulse Gundam really think when he meets the heroes from each country? Is this the youth that will bring peace or disaster? This is the beginning of a new tale about heroes!
