Akira Oono, a working adult, manages the MMORPG Infinity Game. Oono, fifteen years after creating the game decides to close the servers once and for all. As the clock strikes midnight Oono somehow finds himself in the middle-aged Hakuto Kunai, Infinity Game’s Demon Lord.
Shortly after the mysterious transport, Hakuto witnesses Greole, a demon, chase after Aku, a little girl. Hakuto is still worried even though he successfully dispatches the creature. After all, he doesn’t remember creating Aku or the demon. Hakuto begins to doubt his authenticity in the fantasy world he has created. Hakuto takes Aku with him as his companion and guide, and sets off on a quest to discover who or what brought him to the fantasy world. He leaves behind chaos and destruction.
