There’s Earth, the familiar world. Then there’s the Black World, which is a parallel dimension very few people know about. A pact has been in place between the two worlds for centuries to preserve peace. Terms must be negotiated soon and renewed to ensure relative harmony.
There is a militant faction trying to stop the signing of a new inter-dimensional peace treaty. The success of the treaty is being overseen by two agents from the elite Black Guards, who are the defenders of the balance of the two worlds.
