While the city of Fukuoka might appear tranquil initially however, it is actually home to an array of risky people such as killers, detectives as well as professional revenge seekers under the surface. Instead, he gives the detective a second option that is to join him and make an alliance. If the offer is being made, what will Banba respond? And what kind of plans does Lin have in mind for the underworld of Fukuoka?
