A case that exposes the facts behind the law banning double jeopardy. In the time that Choi Do Hyun was a child, he suffered from a heart condition. He spent the majority of his life in the hospital. He miraculously was offered the possibility of a transplant. Following the successful surgery for a heart transplant his father was charged of murder. His father was given the death penalty. To look into his father’s death sentence, Do Hyun now works as an attorney.
