In the latter half of the 1980s, when organ transplantation was considered not acceptable surgeon Tetsuhiko Toma was a doctor with a degree in medical technology in country America and was assigned to a private hospital in the local area. In the belief the idea that “the same level of treatment as university hospital in rural areas” should be given and he is able to challenge every challenging procedure and helps save the lives of those before him.
