Psycho-Pass: Sinners Of The System Case.1 – Tsumi To Bachi Movie

A runaway automobile driven by Izumi Yasaka, en route to the Public Safety Bureau construction, is reported soon before it crashes to the construction. Izumi is a counselor who recently conducted off while functioning in a latent unlawful isolation and rehab center called Sanctuary. Before Inspectors Mika Shimotsuki and Akane Tsunemori get to interrogate the defendant, a sudden petition is issued by the facility to immediately bring Izumi backagain.
