In a post-apocalyptic world teeming with mutated beasts called Limbeekoon or even Filth Monsters, humanity is made to reside in big cellular cities called Regios and also learn how to use exceptional weapons called Dite, by harnessing the energy of Kei to shield themselves. At the Academy City of Zuellni, Layfon Alseif is expecting to begin a new life and forget his past. But his past has captured the interest of Karian reduction, the manipulative Student Council President and Nina Antalk, a Army Arts pupil and Captain of this 17th Army Arts Platoon, who immediately recognizes his skills and decides he is the ideal candidate to join her team. But using a secret past that will not leave him alone and unknown forces beyond ordinary, Layfon simply may not take it.
