Angela Balzac is pursuing Frontier Setter, who has been identified as a security threat by authorities. She is a dedicated member DEVA’s law enforcement. Angela transforms her consciousness into a clone body to fight the threat. She is assisted on Earth by Dingo, a charismatic agent. As she tries to unravel the mystery of Frontier Setter, Angela discovers shocking truths about the wasteland that some people still call home as well as the paradise above.
