Emin is a teenager from Myanmar who enjoys reading Japanese comics, decides to go to Japan to study to become a manga creator. He is looking for a house with a limited budget and is shocked by how costly rent can be. He believes he was lucky when he stumbles upon a cheap property and takes a quick decision to lease the property. The room, however, is home to a fair skinned black-haired ghostly occupant. In the absence of a better option, Emin unavoidably begins living with the ghost.
