Kiki, a 13-year-old witch-in-training, has to spend a year living on her own at a remote city so as to turn into a full-scale witch. Leaving her loved ones members and friends, Kiki undertakes this heritage when she flies out to the open globe atop her broomstick along with her black cat Jiji.Since she settles down into the coastal city of Koriko, Kiki struggles to accommodate and ends up wandering the streets without a place to stayuntil she experiences Osono, who gives Kiki boarding in market for making deliveries to get her little bakery. Before long, Kiki decides to start her own courier service by broomstick, starting her journey to liberty. In trying to find her place among the townsfolk, Kiki brings with her exciting new adventures and comes to know the real meaning of duty.
