Miko is a normal high schooler whose world changes when she is suddenly able to witness horrific and horrifying creatures. Despite being scared to death, Miko carries on with her day-to-day activities and pretends to not notice the terrors around her. She has to face the fear to keep herself and her best friend Hana safe even if it means confronting with the most terrifying of things. Combining horror and comedy Mieruko-chan narrates the story of a girl trying to handle the supernatural by ignoring it.
