Arashi Mikami, a terrorist attacker, narrowly avoids death, but he loses his entire family and best friend. The surgeon who saves him is not just a regular doctor. He commands Black Label, a strike force that is charged with eradicating criminals who have gone too far. Arashi is filled with new determination and joins the ranks the vigilante group.
Black Label’s targets are aplenty, as evil scum lurks everywhere–dangerous arms dealers, corrupt politicians, and shady gangsters all find themselves hunted by the extermination team. All of the hunters, despite being haunted by their sinister pasts, are skilled at killing their targets. Despite the dangers of their lives, Arashi and his beautiful companions manage to indulge in many sultry moments as well as racy hijinks. Black Label is determined to rid the world of evil, despite strong opposition.
