60 years ago, the population was struck by a bizarre case of insomnia, which forced them to remain awake for over a week. All the victims went insane after becoming completely deficient in sleep. A new medication was developed to treat this condition. However, the side effects made the victims vampires. The new species was defeated by humanity, but some vampires survived. Mi Liu (the main character) was born from a Vampire and a Human. She is supposed to be the symbol of the new hope that connects the two species. Mi Liu, the ringleader in a bank robbery is taken into custody and sent to a Special Prison of the National Defense Agency which monitors Vampires. Mi Liu tries to escape Anji but is attacked by strange creatures. He discovers that the prison location corresponds with the birthplace for Vampires, the “Blue Town” old capital. What is the reason Vampires are trapped in Blue Town? What is the purpose of those strange creatures attacking them? These mysteries must be solved by our heroes.
