Flying ninjas of the Land of Sky unleash a devastating surprise attack and seek revenge on Konohagakure, their former enemy. Despite his desire to fight, Naruto is stopped by Shinnou, an unknown doctor who needs his help to save a wounded person. Naruto meets Amaru, a young stormy man from a nearby village who is desperate for Shinnou’s assistance while delivering the injured man to the hospital.
Tsunade takes advantage of the opportunity to send a small group including Shikamaru Narada, Kakashi Hatake, and Sai to attack their base. She also orders Naruto Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuuga, to accompany Shinnou & Amaru on the journey. Orochimaru comes up with his own plans during this time. He orders Sasuke to take him to the doctor who is skilled in the reincarnation technique.
