Death Parade
Death Parade expands upon the first one-shot intended to train young animators. It follows yet more individuals receiving judgment–until a strange, black-haired guest induces Decim to start questioning his own rulings.
After death, there isn’t any heaven or hell, just a bar that stands between reincarnation and oblivion. There the attendant will, one after another, challenge pairs of the newly deceased to a random game where their destiny of either ascending into reincarnation or falling into the void will be wagered. Whether it’s bowling, darts, air hockey, or anything in between, each individual’s true nature will be shown at a ghastly parade of memories and death, dance to the whims of the pub’s master. Welcome to the Quindecim, where Decim, arbiter of the afterlife, awaits!
