Vampires walk one of society, present within its underbelly. They don’t need blood to live, but intense emotions can tremendously raise their bloodlust, turning them to creatures that are uncontrollable. Tsukasa Taira, a 22-year-old university student, learns of the presence of vampires if her longtime friend shows himself to be among these following a tense confrontation with Yuuki Anzai–a person and vampire hybrid.Her friend is detained, and Tsukasa soon finds herself attracted to Anzai, who reluctantly reciprocates her feelings. But this unconventional romance could prove too hard to keep, as Anzai struggles to include the component of him that wants to devour Tsukasa.
