Taro Sado, a high school student, lives his daily life with a secret: he’s a masochist. Taro is encouraged by Tatsukichi, his cross-dressing friend. He joins the Second Voluntary Club after they promise to “fix” his problem.
It turns out, however, that the club has serious problems. Mio Isurugi, the club leader, is a self-declared god who is afraid cats. Arashiko Yuuno is terrified of men. Michiru Onigawara, the club advisor, is a sadist who loves to make people cosplay.
They learn together with other quirky characters like Yumi Mamiya (a talented masseuse, Yuuno’s best friend) and Noa Hiiragi (the president of the invention club), the importance of kindness and acceptance.
