Later on, Utopia has been attained thanks to medical nanotechnology along with a strong believer of social wellbeing and mutual thought. This ideal world is not that perfect, however, and three young women resist totalitarian kindness and super-medicine by trying suicide through starvation. It does not function, but one of those women –Tuan Kirie–grows up to be a part of the World Health Organization. As a catastrophe threatens the stability of the new universe, Tuan rediscovers a different part of her suicide pact, and collectively they need to help save Earth. . .from itself.
