High Score Girl anime
Becoming an expert gamer is a far-fetched dream in a business which has to spread its influence. However, that’s the route sixth-grader Haruo Yaguchi would like to pursue. His capability for video games has made him respect from local arcades and punishes him with pride and confidence, both of which can be ruined when fellow classmate Akira Oono easily defeats him in Street Fighter 2. Akira is wealthy, pretty, and intelligent –as near as is to an ideal girl. However, Haruo had never cared about such items as, despite his several shortcomings as a individual, his supremacy in video games had been, in his thoughts, undisputed. So, now that somebody has looked who will rival him, a part of Haruo can’t help but despise her. Another part, however, itches for someone who can compete on equal conditions, and Akira is much more than competent.
