Following a previous betrayal left him masterless, he’s got no more patience for warring political factions and their strategies. Regrettably, both previous and political intrigue collide when he meets and conserves a female ninja named Kagero out of a guy with the capacity to create his own body as hard as rock.The sole survivor of a ninja clan, Kagero proceeds her group’s last assignment: explore a mysterious plague which wiped out an whole village.
