Japan’s latest aggressive game, keijo, is ordered by a very simple set of principles: female-only participants have to endure on round platforms floating in a swimming pool –known as”lands”–together with the aim being to knock off opponents using just their breasts and butts. Despite this eccentric assumption, the game attracts millions of viewers throughout the nation and boasts a lavish decoration pool. Many aspiring athletes take the challenge up in hopes of getting the upcoming national champion. After graduating from high school, the energetic 17-year-old Nozomi Kaminashi enters the area of keijo, expecting to bring home a fortune into her family. As a talented gymnast, Nozomi immediately proves herself a challenging competition after stealing the spotlight in her introduction championship. Meeting new friends and competitions because she climbs the positions, Nozomi finds the road to stardom for a keijo participant is full of intense rivalry that may challenge not just her own body, but also her spirit.
