Mashiba Kurumi is an official on behalf of “el Arco Iris”, an interior design firm which is gaining popularity with young people who use social media. She is a fashionista who worries about her appearance and what other people think about her. She strives to win the respect of her coworkers and boss Hayama Shogo. Kurumi is too busy working that she has forgotten to renew her lease on her home. Her best friend Koko assists her in finding the perfect place… however, it’s a shared house with three strangers! Fujino Shun is the minimalist cook who would like to lead a simpler life. There’s also Terai Haruto, Shun’s cousin who is an online counselor who helps those who need help with their issues. There’s also Hase Ayaka, an aspiring artist who creates contemporary art while working part-time as delivery driver for a posh supermarket. So, these individuals from different age groups, professions and values are gathered in one place. Although their personalities are at odds, Kurumi falls in love and deepens her relationships and is able to shed the “armor” and live as her true self.
