Love in Sadness is a love story about love that illustrates the mythical, mystical-like destiny of love that is so sought-after it transcends all boundaries. In the story, Ma Ri is a gorgeous girl who has been married to the riches of her life. If he pushes her too far, she asks to assistance with Jung Won, an honest and smart plastic surgeon. When he is willing to aid her escape from her husband’s clutches They fall in love.
