The Nocturnal Community Relations Division is a group of individuals who focus on solving cases between the ominous occult monsters of the night hidden by ordinary people. Young and Arata Miyako was delegated to the Shinjuku Ward Office of this branch, in which he meets with his fellow members Theo Himezuka and Kyouichi Sakaki.On his very first night, Arata finds himself on a mission in which he finds to his surprise that not only does each supernatural creature he thought to be literary really exist, but he is the only person who can comprehend their non-human address. Unfamiliar with the exorcist, Arata pays no head and continues to work together with his group, using his distinctive ability to aid in the resolution of the cases.Mistaken by several occult monsters as Abe no Seimei and immediately becoming infamous for his distinctive ability throughout his job, Arata becomes inquisitive of his own roots and frees himself into solving instances regarding occult animals he experiences once he sees of a particular connection between himself and the exorcist. But, Arata will immediately discover that dealing with supernatural monsters isn’t quite as straightforward as he believed, as threat starts to play a basic role in his regular findings along with his skill starts to pose an unforeseen matter.
