Peace has returned to Hakoniwa academy, at least for a brief time, after the defeat of Myouri unzen by Medaka Kurokami (and her Student Council). Soon, Medaka and Zenkichi Hitoyoshi as well as Kouki Akune and Mogana Kikijima, will be caught up in a sinister plot led by the school principal. This is known as the Flask Plan.
The council must deal with the first problem, a new group of superhuman students called the “Thirteen Party”, led by the powerful but egotistical Oudo Miyakonojou. The mysterious Flask Plan and Oudo’s tyranny are just a few of the problems facing Hakoniwa Academy. Medaka and her friends have a lot to do as the situation only gets more bizarre.
