Dr. Kenzou Tenma is a renowned brain surgeon of Western descent working in Europe. Highly lauded by his peers as among those fantastic young minds which will revolutionize the area, he’s blessed with a gorgeous fiancée and can be on the cusp of a significant promotion at the hospital he works at. But all of this is all about to change with a grave problem that Kenzou faces one night–if to save the life span of a little boy or that of their city’s mayor. Despite being forced by his superiors to do operation on the mayor, his morals induce him to carry out the operation on another crucial individual, saving his life and forfeiting the mayor’s. A physician is educated to feel that all life is equivalent; nevertheless, when a series of murders happen in the surgeon’s area, all the signs pointing to the boy that he rescued, Kenzou’s beliefs have been vaccinated. Along his journey to unravel the real identity of his small patient, Kenzou finds the fate of the planet might be combined with the mysterious kid.
