Following the loss of parents young Mirai Kakehashi was left with his violent relatives. Since then, he’s suffered from depression and sadness and is attempting suicide in the night of his high school graduation. Mirai however saves himself by the help of a white, pure girl called Nasse who describes herself as an angelic guardian who wants to bring him joy by giving supernatural powers and the chance to be the new God.
In order to be granted the post, he needs to beat the others “God Candidates” within 999 days. In the near future, Mirai begins a struggle to make it through as a bloody conflict erupts between him and the other candidates who are trying for the highest force in all the earth.
