Kei Asai resides from the oceanside town of Sakurada–a city where the people are born with odd abilities. On the college rooftop a single day, he matches Misora Haruki, an apathetic woman with the capability to reset anything up her to three times ahead. While nobody knows when she’s reset, not Haruki, Kei can keep everything prior to the reset as a result of his own skill: memory. After they successfully assist somebody by combining their powersthey combine the Service Club to assist others in their own city.But, their club becomes more concerned in and starts finishing assignments to the mysterious Administration Bureau–a company that specializes in tackling the skills in Sakurada and manipulating the city’s events due to their own ends.
