Sakura Wars the Animation anime
Two years after So Long, My Love, in 1930, the Great Demon War ends with the destruction of the Imperial, Paris, and New York Combat Revues’ Flower Divisions. The World Combat Revue Organization, which includes several international divisions, is created with the Earth at peace. A biennial international Combat Revue tournament is also organized.
In 1940, the Imperial Japanese Navy Captain Seijuurou kamiyama is appointed as the captain for the new Imperial Combat Revue’s Flower Division in Tokyo. This division includes: Sakura Amamiya (a swordswoman and new recruit); Hatsuho Shinonome (a shrine maiden, and the most famous actress); Anastasia Palma (a newly-transferred Greek actor); Azami Mochizuki (a Mochizuki clan ninja prodigy); and Clarissa Snowflake, an honorary woman from Luxembourgian. While trying to keep the Imperial Theater open, the division is again confronted by a demon invasion.
