Seitokai Yakuindomo Movie
Ousai Academy used to be an all-girls highschool. It was made a co-ed school due to declining birth rates. Tsuda Takatoshi, one of the first-year male students, was among them. Shino Amakusa, the president of student council, gives Tsuda a scolding on his first day. This did not make a good impression. Tsuda also meets other members of the student council and is scolded. In the end, he misses class. Shino offers to let Tsuda join the student council as an apology for his “disgraceful” morning. He accepts or is forced to accept it. As Tsuda quickly realizes, he is the only normal student at Ousai Academy, so begins his day.
