Shino Amakusa, the president of the student council, calls Takatoshi Takatoshi Tsuda out for his untidy uniform on his first day at high school at the Ousai Private Academy. Shino offers Takatoshi the vice-president position in the student council. He apologizes for putting Takatoshi off for his first class and states that the group requires a male perspective to accommodate the arrival of boy students. Takatoshi, despite his indifference, is appointed the newest student council member. He has yet to enter the school building.
Takatoshi quickly realizes that there are other students council members who are more strange than they seem: President Shino, who appears to be a serious and educated person but who is actually an eroticist and obsessed with making lewd jokes. Aria Shichijou, the secretary, may look like a normal girl but who has the body and self-consciousness of an elementary school student. The new vice president will now have to deal with a constant assault of sexual humor, insanity, and other colorful characters.
