It is said that things can change but they remain the same. This was certainly true for Ousai Private Academy’s student council. Even though a whole year has passed, bringing the seniors to their final year at high school, not much has changed. President Shino Amakusa remains as perverse as ever. Secretary Aria Shichijou refuses to wear a pair of pants, Treasurer Suzu Hakimura is yet to gain an inch, while Vice President Takatoshi Takuda continues to be the straight man to their insane antics.
It might be a bit boring to limit the fun to four-way; the group still plays with the Judo Club or the Newspaper Club, but more girls are joining the fun. Takatoshi’s younger sister, Kotomi (a Ousai student), is just as bizarre as the president. Uomi (the aloof president of the Eiryou High School student council), fits right in with the madness at Ousai. Takatoshi is full of humor and absurdity that just keeps coming. He needs to be more serious if he wants to keep up with the madness all around him.
