Sekirei Season 1 anime
Minato Sahashi, a brilliant but struggling teenager, has failed his college entrance exam for the second time. This results in him being considered worthless by all those around him. His seemingly grim future is changed dramatically when a beautiful and supernatural woman appears from the skies. Musubi, a rare humanoid extraterrestrial with extraordinary capabilities, is this woman. They are well-known for kissing people with the Ashikabi gene to unlock additional latent abilities deep within.
Musubi recognizes the potential in Minato’s youth and kisses him, forming a bond. He is then dragged into the high-stakes world known as the Sekirei. Here he and his partner will have to compete against other people in a battle for survival, called the “Sekirei Plan.” Unbeknownst to contestants, the competition is now more dangerous than it was originally intended.
