Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou anime
Amid the desolate remains of a once-thriving town, just the remnant of a motorbike breaks the chilly winter silence. Its riders, Chito and Yuuri, would be the last survivors in the town. Scavenging old army sites for parts and food, both women explore the wastelands and speculate about the old world to pass the time. Chito and Yuuri each sometimes struggle with all the looming solitude, however if they’ve each other, sharing the burden of becoming two of the final people becomes a little more bearable. Between Yuuri’s awkward excitement and Chito’s calm composure, their dark times have a little brighter with shooting clinic, new novels, and snowball fights about the frozen battlefield. One of a scene of bare landscapes and deserted buildings, Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou informs the inspiring tale of two women and their search to discover hope in a gloomy and dying universe.
