15 decades ago, an female student was abducted on the way home from school. In that moment, Saegusa Kento, who was a first grade elementary school, saw that the child being taken from her. The next day the girl was found dead. detectives Ooyama Takeshi and Kazuo continued their investigation into the murder, but the culprit wasn’t found. As time passed, Kento started distrusting the police. After 15 years, Kento is now a police officer as well as a criminal profiler. In the course of his work, Kento finds a walkie-talkie which allowed him to connect with his past friend Takeshi. The police officers Kento, Takeshi, and Misaki were then taken on an expedition to investigate cold cases.
