Tomoe Shiro, a powerful racer with an extremely promising career, experiments a U-turn when a significant injury puts his life at stake. He recovers miraculously though if his heart is substituted with the motor of his racing car. But because of the very reasonrace regulations demote him into the kind of a mere mechanical area of the automobile and can be deprived from the right to engage as a pilot in routine races. Just at a far off colonial world, together with a large number of additional charismatic pilots also vetoed from engaging in regular contests, will that he be given the chance to race because of his pride and the cash of the trophy. So this exciting rally begins!!
