The roads of Treasure Town are thought to belong to”The Cats” They understand everything that goes on in town, and nobody can stir up issue without going through these . In fact, The Cats are a set of orphan boys known as Black and White, that are not scared of anyone or anything.However, their rule of these roads is contested when the Yakuza come to city and begin making changes. The crazy Black and the carefree White have no one to rely on but themselves to receive their Treasure Town back to how it was. However, their bond is analyzed as they quickly recognize going back to the way things were could no longer be an alternative.
