Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho anime
The “beastfallen” are cursed humans who have the appearance and strength to be an animal in a world that is constantly at war with witches and humans. Both humans and witches fear their physical prowess, and bestial nature. Many beastfallen have become hunters witches and are therefore soldswords.
Despite their animosity, Zero, a lighthearted witch, enlists a beastfallen she calls “Mercenary” as her protector. Albus, a young magician and Zero, accompany him on their quest for the Grimoire de Zero, a powerful spellbook that can be very dangerous if it is not used properly. As he shows compassion and empathy towards both humans and witches, he reveals his inner kindness, and they become unlikely friends.
